1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 44ok website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming or promotional features made available through the platform. By accessing the 44ok platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account with 44ok, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 44ok strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Registration by or on behalf of corporations, syndicates, or other legal entities is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not already hold an existing account with 44ok. Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or be subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or regulatory restriction that would make your use of a gambling platform unlawful.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

44ok is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gaming commitments. Verification may be requested at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal, when account details are updated, or when unusual account activity is detected.

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered mobile number (e.g., a screenshot of your active SIM details or mobile operator account).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All monetary transactions on the 44ok platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 44ok processes deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and bank transfer to accounts held at BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. We do not accept international card payments, cryptocurrency transactions, or payments through third-party processors not listed above.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your 44ok gaming wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. 44ok is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or network outages.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the player's most recent deposit unless the player has completed KYC and submitted a formal change of payment method request.
• 44ok reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

44ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all 44ok bonuses unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or shared devices may result in account suspension.
• 44ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and actively being wagered will not be revoked mid-rollover without cause.
• Free spins credited as part of a bonus or promotion are subject to the maximum win cap stated in the relevant promotion. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from the account balance.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44ok platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where unlawful conduct is involved:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the one-account restriction.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Exploiting software errors, latency, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, or using automated betting tools, bots, or scripts of any kind.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing information about live game outcomes, coordinating bets to guarantee returns, or exploiting live dealer game mechanics.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit that has been used for gaming purposes, or filing a false payment dispute with your mobile wallet or bank provider relating to a legitimate 44ok transaction.

44ok employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Players whose accounts are flagged for investigation will be notified where legally permissible. 44ok will cooperate fully with any lawful request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

44ok is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 44ok platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 44ok or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the 44ok platform without prior written permission.

The 44ok name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of 44ok. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44ok, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from a technical fault, payment processing delay, or platform downtime that is outside 44ok's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account history, bet records, or transaction logs, due to system failures or cyber incidents beyond 44ok's control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Losses incurred through participation in any game or betting market, which is inherent to the nature of gambling and accepted voluntarily by the player.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

44ok collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 44ok. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the platform.

44ok uses SSL/TLS encryption on all pages and all data transmissions. Player financial data is never stored in plain text. Access to account and transaction data is restricted to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis and subject to internal access controls and audit logging.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 44ok account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your gaming wallet that has met withdrawal eligibility requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

44ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 44ok, or where required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, account balances may be withheld pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 44ok platform or these Terms, we encourage you to contact the 44ok support team in the first instance. Our support team is available 24/7 and will endeavour to resolve your query promptly and fairly.

• Disputes regarding the outcome of a specific game round must be raised within 72 hours of the round's completion. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.
• Disputes regarding payment transactions must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date. 44ok will review all supporting documentation and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.
• 44ok's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account conduct is final and binding, subject only to manifest error. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and demonstrable mistake that is clearly not reflective of the intended result.

13. Changes to These Terms

44ok may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account. Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
